Truly a home away from home.  Six individual, smoke-free, luxury cottages with exposed beams, tastefully decorated, including all the modern conveniences; yet, tucked away in a little cul-de-sac for peace and quiet.  Four cottages have one bedroom on the second level and two have a second bedroom on the first floor.

Each unit contains a full kitchen, in-floor heating,  wood & slate floors, washer and dryer (coin-operated), fireplace, a full bathroom on the first floor with jetted tub with 2 showerheads, half-bath on the second floor with the bedroom, down duvets, king-size beds, phone, and TV.

At the beginning of your stay, we stock your private cottage kitchen with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, pancake mix and syrup, cereals, butter, milk, and juice.  You will also receive a welcome basket with free-range eggs from our hens (subject to availability), homemade bread, rolls, and jam.  The Three Bears grocery store is approximately one mile away at Four Corners (Trunk Rd. & Palmer/Wasilla Hwy.)

Luggage Storage:  If you wish to use Alaska Birch Cottages as your home base for exploring Alaska more extensively or for a fishing trip, we will be happy to store your main luggage while you take off unencumbered on a short trip.
